	This is one gorgeous paint filly with a sweet, laid back personality who is going to be BIG. As you can see from her pictures below taken before she was weaned last summer, she was already almost as tall as her dam! Lucky Charm's dam, Satin, was one of the paint horses saved from being shipped to New Holland the winter before last when their owner could no longer afford to take care of them. Thank goodness for that because Charm was born a month later on St. Patrick's Day during a bad winter storm with snow, ice, and a lot of wind. Thank God we got her dam out of that farm or this filly surely would have died out in that storm. Instead, she was born in a warm stall with a bedded deep with straw. 	Aflac is a 3 year old, 14.1 h Black and White 1/4 Percheron, 3/4 Paint Gelding who is looking for his forever home. He has already had several months of professional training last fall. The trainer did a lot of ground work, ground driving, ring work and trail work with him. He's very quiet in the ring and on the trails, but did throw a few bucks out in the open twice. Right now I would say he needs at least an intermediate rider, but with more miles, could eventually be a beginner horse. Very smooth walk, trot, canter on this horse. Although Aflac is 1/4 Percheron, he is not a tall horse, but is very solid. Great for someone who wants a sturdy horse, but without the height. Looking for the perfect home with experience who can bring him along in his training. Aflac was one of the foals that Christy got for us at the foal auction several years ago. He is one of the first horses to greet you at the fence each day. He is a gorgeous, awesome horse with a cute personality and will make someone very happy. Patches was one of the foals that Christy got for us at the foal auction several years ago. He is a favorite of all visitors to our farm as he likes to follow you around like a big puppy dog. 	She now stands for the farrier, I vaccinate her myself and have never had a problem with it, She does not have any stable vices and is great with mares and geldings. I just recently about a month ago started riding her again and working with her. She is coming around but will need some work with distractions (she loves her friends and she is nosy). She takes a beginner-intermediate rider now, once you get on her. I need to work on her ground manners so she will stand to be mounted, but with someone holding the lead rope, she mounts fine! I have ridden her all around the farm and up to the trails, but have not gone on an actual trail ride yet. She just needs a home that someone can spend a lot of time with her and work with her. She has turned into a big baby though, she loves the human attention! She is UTD on all shots and worming. She just recently had her feet done and her teeth were just floated at the beginning of September and the dentist said he wouldn't need to do it again for at least another 12-18 months.
