Another Chance 4 Horses Inc. official Document regarding Mule Rescue Ranch

After careful consideration we have deemed it necessary to correct misinformation after an unwarranted attack. Mule Rescue Ranch has led people to believe that they sent funds they collected $800.00 to Another Chance 4 Horses, Inc., for mule #4-24-7 - $600.00. We made every attempt to help this mule. However, the funds were in the hands of Mule Rescue Ranch and unfortunately were never received. It is a complete tragedy that the mule was lost.
The facts…
We received a fundraising application from Mule Rescue Ranch on 5-4-12 (Friday) for Mule #4-24-7 the application stated that they are a 501c(3) organization based in Kopwsin, WA 98388 also on Facebook as Mule Rescue Ranch. (see Fundraising Application page 1 of 3 below as exhibit 1) The organization stated on their application that they had raised $800.00 (the bail for the mule was $600.00). The $800.00 raised through donations by Mule Rescue Ranch was never received by Another Chance 4 Horses, Inc. On Sunday in a last attempt to save the mule I, Christy Sheidy, personally emailed them stating no funds had been received from their organization and asked if they had changed their mind or needed assistance explained the program was over but we were still reaching out to help any others we could as long as we were able to. We received no reply back. (see below -exhibit 2)
As per our policy, if a horse is not available donations received by Another Chance 4 Horses, Inc. will be rolled – our chip in collected $185.00 Gross amount. Any sponsorship or direct bail which is payment in full will be refunded. However, no payment was received from Mule Rescue Ranch. Possibly the reason that they diverted totally away from the truth is that the donors would not be receptive to the fact that their money $800.00 collected by Mule Rescue Ranch was not used for the intention that it was collected for, to save mule 4-24-7 bail amount $600.00 and subsequently the mule was lost, shipped to slaughter. Not even an ounce of remorse over losing the mule has been observed. Their conduct attacking a 501c(3) rescue is not ethical also collecting funds and not using the funds for the purpose collected is not ethical.

Hello all!. Hope everybody's day was as good as mine. Just spent the whole day at the state capitol Building had a great talk with one of my senators and happened to talk the whole time about Christie From AC4H must have talked to her about this place for About an hour!!! Then I went to the state police and had a awesome time with them!!!... guess they all know about AC4H now and will be looking for AC4Hto file there complaint!!!... I do have to thank Crystie for telling lies that made me go and do the things I needed to do Thank you Christie
Ok now we have some saying that we are about the money we spent!! LET ME TELL YOU I DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE MONEY!!! What I care about is that this does not happen to anybody else and the only to guaranty the could be is to close the doors !!!.......
Some how I feel like the only one that got ripped off in this mule deal with AC4H!!!... seems that every one but our group got something out of it!!! Felling a little BURNED!!!!..........
OW it looks like I found out where the molly mule whent that we where trying to from AC4h seem's to have went to MI. to someone that wanted another one not the one they wanted they got the one that we wanted something really fishy going on there!!!..................
All I can say AC4H is that the process has been started for the shut down!!! If any one has a suggestion to whom I may call to get more people involved in this thing with AC4H please pm me with everything that you have thank you!!!!!....

We received no reply back from Mule Rescue Ranch to date. It has not been disclosed if the funds collected by Mule Rescue Ranch have been returned to the donors or kept by Mule Rescue Ranch.
If you would like to complain about the unethical fraudulent behavior and activities, here are the avenues and contact information.
Attorney General Office in Washington would be really interested in knowing that Mule Rescue Ranch is not only attacking another Non Profit this is an infringement on ethics of conduct.
